To be honest right from the start Ray made us feel so comfortable. It was as if he was already invested in us and our process before we decided to go with him, which made our decision to choose him that much easier.
Ray was always available whether it was through email, text or a phone conversation. He also went above and beyond to be there for something if we couldn't be. An example is we were able to get the roof repaired in the new house before we closed and Ray went by to make sure the work was being done because we couldn't.
Overall Ray was awesome and made our home buying experience great!

First time home buying can be stressful and having Ray was extremely helpful. He was extremely patient and would never push us into making a decision.
Ray would always point out the good and bad in a house to help us make an informed decision. He was always available to answer questions and would always schedule a viewing on a house as soon as it was possible, so we would not miss out on an opportunity.
